1. General Informational Disclaimer
The Platform, and all content made available through it — including Clipadda Content, campaign descriptions, clip performance data, and any guides, blog posts, or help articles — is provided for general informational purposes only.
It does not constitute professional, financial, tax, legal, or career advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You should seek independent professional advice before making any decision based on information obtained through the Platform.
2. No Guarantee of Earnings or Payouts
Clipadda is a marketplace that connects Creators with Clippers; we do not guarantee any level of income, engagement, views, or payout to any user.
Any figures, examples, testimonials, or case studies referencing earnings shown on our website, app, marketing materials, or by other users are illustrative only and reflect individual results that are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee of future performance.
Your actual earnings depend on factors outside our control, including campaign availability, content quality, platform algorithms of third-party social media services, audience engagement, and market conditions.
Payouts are subject to campaign terms, successful completion of any required verification (KYC), and our published payout policy, and may be delayed, withheld, or adjusted in cases of suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputes, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Nothing on the Platform or in your use of it creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Clipadda.
Clippers and Creators use the Platform as independent, self-directed users; Clipadda is not responsible for supervising the work of any Clipper or the campaigns of any Creator, and does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, or output of either.
Any tax, social security, provident fund, or other statutory obligations arising from amounts you earn or pay through the Platform are solely your responsibility.
4. Third-Party Content, Platforms, and Links Disclaimer
The Platform may display or link to content, campaigns, clips, statistics, or services originating from third parties, including other users and connected social media or streaming platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Twitch).
We do not review, verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or completeness of such third-party content, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on it.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply our endorsement of those websites or their content.
Your interactions with third-party platforms remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies, as described in our Terms of Service.
5. "As Is" and "As Available" Basis

You use the Platform, and enter into transactions with other users through it, at your own risk.
Clipadda facilitates the marketplace but is not a party to, and does not guarantee the performance of, any agreement between a Creator and a Clipper.
7. Errors and Omissions
While we take reasonable care to keep information on the Platform accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content, campaign details, pricing, or statistics displayed are free of errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission, and to change or update information, at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
This Disclaimer does not expand or limit the liability provisions set out in our Terms of Service, which govern the extent of our liability to you to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
9. Testimonials and Results
Any testimonials, reviews, screenshots, or success stories featured on the Platform or in our marketing reflect the individual experiences of the users depicted, obtained under their particular circumstances.
They are not necessarily representative of all users of the Platform, and we do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results.
